This is the only 4-bedroom villa available for vacation rental at The Renaissance, and one of a handful available on Seven Mile Beach. This villa is over 3800 square feet and features two oceanfront main bedrooms; one on either side of the spacious living, dining and kitchen area.
The huge gourmet kitchen has a center island, lots of countertop space and an expansive curved raised eating bar – a perfect gathering spot for the family. There is plenty of room to spread out on the large sectional and the dining table comfortably seats eight.
Decorated in an elegant coastal style, the rooms are accented with colours of the Caribbean Sea and marine inspired artwork.
The oversized screened in balcony is an impressive 48 feet long and overlook slush tropical landscape, 85’ infinity pool and pristine beach. There is lounge seating as well as a dining table for 8 so you can dine alfresco or relax while enjoying a beautiful Cayman sunset.
Both spacious oceanfront main bedrooms open onto the balcony. The third and fourth bedrooms along with the powder room are located on the inland side of the villa. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, which allows for more privacy, making this villa suitable multi-generational families and couple vacations.
