Villa 1 is on the ground floor where you will have easy access to the pool and beach enjoy unsurpassed views of the crystal clear turquoise Caribbean Sea and the pristine white sand of World Famous Seven Mile Beach.

The villa is newly renovated and decorated with soft neutral tones and has accents of tropical hues and blues throughout to give it that luxurious modern look and feel with Caribbean appeal. There are three tastefully furnished bedrooms and each has its own en-suite bathroom.

The spacious open floor plan allows you to enjoy ocean front splendor, even from the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Just imagine, you can enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean Sea as you prepare a marvelous meal.

The spacious main bedroom, living and dining areas overlook lush palms as well as the 85’ infinity pool. The second and third bedrooms are located on the inland side of the villa, which allows for more privacy, making The Renaissance suitable for both family and couple vacations.
